Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Nine Months and Counting Antenatal & Cherry Lactation Classes: At Nine Months and Counting, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation of antenatal classes. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Early Delivery: In the event of an early delivery or hospital admission before the scheduled antenatal classes, we offer a full refund. To process the refund, we kindly request proof of the early delivery or hospital admission. Cancellation Period: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the antenatal class will not incur any cancellation fees. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start of the antenatal class will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refund Procedure: To initiate the refund process due to an early delivery or hospital admission, please provide proof of the circumstances by submitting relevant documentation, such as a medical certificate or hospital admission records. Once the documentation is verified, a full refund will be issued. How to Cancel: To cancel your antenatal class registration, please contact Nine Months & Counting as soon as possible. Be sure to provide all necessary information and documentation for expedited processing.
